I have a g540 and I am about to buy steppers. I am up in the air about these two. Which should I get based on specs?
These http://www.kelinginc.net/KL23H284-35-4B.pdf
or these http://cncrouterparts.com/specs/NEMA23_Specs.pdf
Also would this power supply be ok for the g540? Its the S-350-48 model.

Thanks
Wouldn't the KL23H2100-35-4B be a better choice for the G540? It has a lower inductance that is more in line with the G540 requirements as stated in the G540 manual.
Hi SatanKlawz.
NEITHER of those motors are best. They BOTH have high inductance for G540.
The 387s are slightly better and less expensive than the CNC router parts motor. That motor DOES come wired with a 12 inch cable, but you have to buy the $16 extension to use it. Total cost= $68 each. If you can solder, get the $49 Keling 381s they are the VERY best G540 motor yet. The CNC router parts PSU is less expensive than Keling's and appears to be the same thing, so you COULD probably use that--although I'd bet Keling would match that price.
