Looking for someone to cut some pieces for my DIY

I have finallly decided that its time for me to build my first CNC. I will be building the 8020 one like Hack's 2nd. I have had the plans for a long time but recently have decided to build. The woodworking tools that I currently have are limited and I am pretty OCD about accuracy. I am wondering if someone is willing to cut my melamine parts. Of coarse I would pay for the time and materials. I hope I am posting this in the correct area. I dont really know what to offer for the cuts so please tell me what your time is worth. I will post dxf's of the needed parts if that helps.

When I was building my 1st cnc machine I had a machinist offer to make some parts for me. I was a numskull and didn't take him up on it. 3 months later and countless man hours wasted, I felt like an idiot. Glad to see not everyone has to make my mistakes.

But on topic, I'd have to see the DXF files of the parts you want cnc'd but I wouldn't have a problem cutting them out for another member. You would need to provide a quality bit to use on them and also get a little extra stock for me to work out the feeds and speeds on. Instead of payment I'd keep the tool bit or bits depending on what your parts would need. I'm in the obtaining tooling phase now so it would help us both out. Oh,and shipping is yours of course

UPDATED TEST DXF

Here is a .dxf to try
The scale should be in inches and it should be 1:1
32x9in with 5/16 holes and 1/4 holes

When opened in SheetCam Demo the size is correct when inches are selected...curious about other softwares.
I could be making the drawings wrong. I asked for help in the solidworks forum.

If I'm measuring the sizes right, I won't be able to help you. I'm limited to about a 9x12 cutting area. The one I'm currently building should be about 9X20 or a little more, still too small for those X plates.

The .dxf's I opened were in mm's? And the one part was 18" x 64"? With 5/16" holes? Too big for my router. I see you're in Ohio. Are you anywhere near Detroit?

not sure if you still need parts cut or not... i'm located just south of Toledo and have a machine that can cut 36x72. I'm actually in the process of converting it to r&p but could help you out in a week or two. I've cut very few materials so I would need some help figuring what bit to use to cut melamine. I have vCarve Pro as far as CAM software goes.

Wait, is melamine mdf covered with a white sheeting of some sort? If so, i'm sure a 1/4" compression bit would do just fine. I just ordered 2 from Centurion Tools.

Ya i goofed on the DXF's solidworks likes to do everything in mm's. I will redo then and re-upload them. The largest piece is 32*9inches..

Toledo? Thats not too far....Yes I could still use the pieces cut. If needed I can even buy you some straight shank endmills. It doesnt matter what its cut out of as long as its durable and flat. MDF is fine if melamine is too hard to find. As soon as its done Im going to re-cut the pieces out of HDPE plastic stock. Well price and time permitting. Let me know when your available and what you want for the cuts. Appreciate it.....Thanks

I'm re-putting together my cnc this weekend, so starting about Tuesday I could help you out. I'll even let you do all of the work if you like, that way you could get used to the process.
