I am loooking to bild the JGRO design, I have a question though on the lead screw. It calls for a 1/4 20 43.50 for the y axis. and 1/4 20 24.50 for the x axis. I am lookinf to cnvert to a acme 1/2 10 2 start on the y and x axis and also the z axis. My question is this. What lenght do I get the acme lead screw in the fit these lengths. Do I just special order a leads screw 43.50" does that include the treads on the end fro the stepper moter.
