    Servo vs. Stepper

I read the excellent guide about choosing the right motor, but being a newb I find myself still confused. Link to the article: http://www.cnczone.com/forums/attach...achmentid=3387

For a beginner like me wanting firstly to build something that works and later enhance it, which motors would you recommend? I'm talking about a CNC machine in the style of this one: http://www.machinecnc.com/router__2.html

teh machine in the picture appears to be using steppers, which are cheaper and easier to build with.Read the info Mariss posted below that may help you in your decision
