porter cable collets

does anyone know if porter cable makes a collet for thier 2 3/4 router that accepts smaller than the 1/4 shank? I want to be able to use smaller ball endmills for detailed work. Or the other option is there a place where you can purchase 1/16, 1/8 ball mills that have a 1/4 shank?

You can get a 1/8" adapter, but as far as I know, they only make 1/4",1/2", and 3/8", as well as *I think* 2 metric sizes.
