Where to buy bits & collet system

I've been using standard end mills on my cnc router but I'm looking for some replacements. I've been using 1/4" but would like to find some 1/2" with 1/4" & 1/8" end mills for machining wood and aluminum.

Also I have a Hitachi Router with 1/2" collet and would like to find a quick change or a bit holder so I can set the depths and just change the holder out.
