Please help.
For the life of me I can not create a DFX file to bring into lazy cam to create g code. Ok some of these programs will save a tracing or what have you into a DFX file, but when brought into lazy cam to do work on it, lazy cam opens the file but there is no pictue? Im stupified on whats up.
Is there a program that will create DFX files?
I just want to convert a simple Starwars empire cog to DFX can any one clue me in on how to do it.
I have, Rhino, bobcad, Adobe photo shop, paint shop pro, auto cad 97, corel suite, and inkscape.

That will do, thanks. did not know I could trace in free hand in corel.
I went from your bitmap straight to NC code with VCarve Pro. Your part ready to be cut on your router in about 2 minutes.

Same program as above but it took me 5 minutes (I hunted down a better image). I know when I used Lazy Cam I had a hard time but others here on the forum have made it work great for them. You might want to go and ask why it isn't opening in the Mach forums. Also when converting images this simple you want to look for the least amount of color. Black and white is perferable and the biggest image you can find. I usually use Google image and come up with some nice pictures. Good-luck
