I'm trying to choise the best guide for the CNC that i'm developing.
It will be made by alluminium.
The CNC will be with a working area of 800x800mm and will also be a fixed bridge CNC.
I found those data on HIWIN catalog but i'm not sure what linear guide best fit for my CNC.

Cardedon, you'll get better response if you make it easier for people to help you. What are you cutting (weight)? Visuals are great, but I don't like downloading a zipped folder to view pics (viruses/lazy). Can you post some jpegs or .dxf's of the your machine and the parts in question? Any other information you have will help, motor size, drive method, gearing, spindle.... anything.

I don't know the engineering specs or how to calculate loads and all that jazz. But I have a great mechanical mind and when it comes to those things, linear bearings, I try to go as big as my budget will allow. Now that assumes you're cutting wood, if cutting aluminum I would certainly find someone to do the calculations. What I would do is design my machine and then call one of the manufacturers. A lot of those companies would be more than happy to give you the right infor and figure out what would work in your situation. A lof the high end linear bearings such as Thompson can take extremely high loads, more than you would think.
