    Need Help from the experts

    Hi -

Attached is a pic of my machine. I cut a design into a piece of MDF and was happy with the results so went to Home Depot to get a board and try something other than MDF. I got the table top grade cut flat wood and cut a small 11.5x10 piece from it to cut a design. All went ok except for one thing.

Even though the MDF cut same depth all the way accross when testing it did not happen with this. The laft half has shallower cuts than the right half which leaves me to believe that the board is not square.

How do people compinsate for this?

    Thanks -
    SS

    Mill the board flat first.
