CAM software for full 3D on a budget

What software would you guys recommend for full 3D (countoured shapes done in Rhino - think a boat hull) that can import a Rhino (or IGES or other output format from Rhino) and create the CAM toolpaths in G-code output so I could then run it in Mach2? I've used the DXF function in Mach2 but it seems 2.5D only.

I just went through a OneCNC demo with their reps, very nice. But for 2x the money for 3D over 2.5D, this makes their software kinda pricey.

From what I do know (I used the training wheels software ModelA for the Roland MDX650) the software needs to be able to define workspace, tool dimensions/shape, and feed rates. Then create roughing and finishing toolpaths.

Sorry, no experience in actual machining/milling so hopefully this is all clear. Thanks in advance.

And for the time being you can buy MeshCAM for $100 instead fof the normal $150. I'll probably have that price for another month or so.
