Premade z axis

Does anyone make a ready to use Z axis. I have an idea for a small router and would like to purchase the z axis. Looking for about 5" travel, ball screws prefereably, and supported rails. Construction preferably to be out of 6061 aluminum. Bolt on application would be ideal for me.

Any vendors out there?

There are quite a few of these for sale on eBay at various prices. One with that short a travel might not be too expensive.
