    What about these steppers?

    What do you think about these steppers? STEPPER MOTOR SLO-SYN MOTOR M092-FD-8109 Are they a good buy at $30 bucks?

    Just a newbie myself but the 4.6 amps rule out most DIY drivers.

    The 092 has a nice flat torque curve. I'm using a 4 wire version of this with a gecko on my z and get 100+ rapids. This is an 8 wire motor and should go even faster. I think it's a very good choice and buy for a mid size router.

    ebay item

    If so, you should consider the shipping. It's $25 to my house and I think that's way too much. I wouldn't buy them.
