ok i am a tinkerer i have a sign program as a toy it is a high dollar unit i bought used it will run a color printer and a vinyl cutter and a router.
i have been into vinyl for years, and now i am thinking of expanding.
i would like to have a cnc plasma cutter but i also see the needs of a cnc router.
if im not mistaken the demands of a router are more than a plasma due to the forced from the router.
so if i was going to design a table it should have the strength of a router table but
if i was to plasma then it has its on requirements for support and such.
is there anyone who doesa both with their table or do they have 2 seperate tables?
also would it be smart to have 2 seperate gantries one for the router one for the plasma or is this just not smart mixing the 2 of them together.
I have learned a bunch in the last 2 days just cruising through here but i know i have allot too learn thakns all for some silly ?'s
or call it thinking out of the box 2 gantries?
