From what I see there, the Xylotex or HobbyCNC will give you much better performance for either less money (HobbyCNC) or just slightly more (Xylotex). It has a 15V limit, and most likely is full step only, but I could be wrong there.
anyone have any experiance with these? i noticed on ebay ramsey is selling these direct for 34 bucks with a box..

thank you ger. didnt even think about the voltage limit. i scored a 28v 11A ps for my lil router i am going to be building. so i will need more then that..
The ramsey board I have is for small motors, no fets for higher power. good for running small motors as a test driver and such. The Kitsrus board IMO is better that the ramsey ,it has FET's on the output and is cheaper, but no micro step, still in the goofing around or test category. ger 21 is probably right,about the drives he listed. ramsey stuff is mostly designed for learning, and entertainment. I.m using gecko's on the real system.
