Hello,
Just a thought, but from the pictures the guide rails look pretty thin. This might cause some unwanted flexing. I thought my CNC router was stiff enough but was suprised how much the tool bit wandered under the stress of machining. The machine looks great though and you'll have lots of fun making your first parts.

Yep, it was really fun, this is the first time I built a real thing (real... I think ). You are right about the rails, I'm thinking about that.
