I traced the holder for my Bosch 1617 on paper and scanned it in at 100% size. I then imported the image to Aspire and hand drew it over image. It worked pretty good to make the shoe.

Hi, I'm trying to build a dust shoe for my diy cnc, I used a pc690 router mount from k2cnc and was hoping someone had a drawing/dxf of the mount so I can reference the center point of the router to the shoe post on the corner.

Thank You.
I was hoping not to have to take my router mount off the machine as it seemed I got lucky and got it just right.
I emailed k2cnc and hoping they will help, all I really need is distance from router center to post center.
John
p.s. all else fails and I'll go this route
thank you, Drools for attempting to help, that one lists the router mount to z axis bolt holes.
What I was looking for is the distance from router center to the hole they provide to hang the dust shoe from. As shown in the image at bottom.
I'll be taking the measurements manually if I can as k2cnc didnt even respond to my request.
John
P.S. thanks to all who attempted to assist me with this
John,
After trying to figure out how to measure/find the same thing, I instead cut a shoe for my 690 on K2CNC that clamps to the router body. Link at: Roy's First Machine
Couple things to still improve a bit, but mostly working quite well.
Roy
hi Roy,
I saw your thread along my travels, thinking of going that route if i can ever get a decent dust collector, my shop vac doesnt move enough air to counter the cooling output of the router so I'm building mine for now the other route, the distance as best I could measure it is, 2.125" center to center, with the .5" mount hole at a 45* angle to the center of the router to my way of thinking, I've roughed out a top plate and will be test cutting it tomorrow, if it fits I'll post a dxf of it for the next guy that needs it, if not, well back to the drawing board.
John
Ps, thanks everyone
I'm somewhat surprised K2 does not offer a drawing for their router mounts. I assume their thinking is to prevent it from being copied.
Thank You.
I agree strange they didn't reply. I asked for a drawing and got it within a few hours.
