Carve,
Initially only we will be carrying the mounts, but you can order the nuts from either of us. We have about 500 currently in stock in anticipation of the flood
Best regards,
Ahren
Thanks for the confirmation. It would be 11 pounds plus the weight of the vertically moving part of the Z assembly. Something around 15 pounds hopefully. I previously figured that I could use two of your round flange nuts, screw the flanges against each other, drill holes through both flanges and bolt them together to get one longer nut with a flange that I can cut to shape as needed. I may still do it that way for this router and use these new ones or your original ones for any future machines with lighter routers. I like the 90 degree aluminum mount arrangement. I've been doing it by cutting the round flange and mounting the nut to a piece of steel angle.
Will you and Ahren both be selling these new ones or just Ahren?
edit: These will have some backlash. Get ready for the flood of orders.

Lou,
Yes, Fine Line uses our ACME nuts so these will work for their machines as well.

Ahren,
Great to see these. Are they a simple swap for your other nuts or are they taller/shorter?
