Exclamation TB6560 won't work! please help!!

firts of all English isn't my mother tongue so excuse me for my mistakes i type

i've bought a TB6560 controller this week and i can't seem to get it working correctly.
my parallel port is working (i think) but i've got the following problems.
if you klick this picture (dumpyourphoto.com/files4/99856/tIpTvQzw.jpg) you will see what's wrong with it. these are the results when i meassure the voltage outputs on the board.
-> also the 'zb' (the one output that does switch between 0V and +24V with Mach3) does not make the engine rotate, i only hear a buzzing sound as if the engine works but he doesn't rotate :s

also i've configured Mach3 like they say in this link: wiki.zentoolworks.com/index.php/Mach_3_Configuration_for_Zen_Toolworks_3_Axis_Stepper_Motor_Driver_Board

i run Win XP 32 bit (before Win 7 64 bit but people told me it wouldn't work, therefore installed XP again) and my parallel port has an I/O reach of 'AC00-AC07' en 'A880-A887'. so in Mach3 the port number is set to '0XAC00'

    what's wrong then?
    - is the board broken/fried?
    - are my parallel port settings wrong?
----> do i need to set it to LPT1, 2, 3, ..., 8? of does the automatic detection need to be on/of? or anything else?
    - is Mach3 not configured right?

    please, please help me!
i've put alot of time making a router (pics will be uploaded soon) and it would be a shame it didn't work because of the controller that malfunctions. so please... if anyone knows what could be wrong? i would be forever gratefull!

ps: translated the 4 sentenses say the following in the picture:

1: XB & XA both get a constant power of =24V (even when i toggle the axis in Mach3, it has no effect)
2: YB & YA both NEVER have power (also no influence from Mach3)
3: ZB only get's =24V when toggled 'Z-' in Mach 3 (works correctly?)
4: ZA NEVER gets power (also no influence from Mach3)

I struggled with that exact same chinese board for months. It was always acting up. Do yourself a favor and scrap that POS and get yourself something reliable. I made the same mistake you made.

Apparently not all of the blue TB6560 boards have the same wiring for the DB-25 connector.

Here is a post that shows how one person wired up his three-axis board (but it is possible that your board is wired differently):

Someone please help with wiring nema 23 to TB6560 AHQ

hi, please post the outcome of the replacement board you got, if it worked okay...

i too am having problems with my tb6560 board, when i plugged in the lpt cable all (5) the LED on the board where on, and this is with out power on the board. and when i turned the power on, the stepper motors didn't lock up, they just made a humming/hissing sound, (24v 15a power supply used)

the dip switch setting for my x,y,z are 75%,25%and 1/16

hi, i finally got my tb6560 board working with all 3 axis working,

initially the computer cant recognize my board, so what i did was go onto mach3 site and downloaded the latest version, (lpt port is set at auto on bios setting) which installed the drivers for my windows xp (fresh install)

after that it was just going through the thread to find the right config to use.

i tried it on 12 volt pc power supply and the 24 volt power supply i have and both work. one thing though, it still makes a hissing sound...still trying to figure this out.

just another avenue to look at...thanks
