Who has a Kent CNC Dust Shoe?

I really like the functionality of the Kent CNC.net Dust Shoe. THat's a planned purchase for me.

At the moment I am redesigning my z-axis and need to design it to allow the fit of this shoe.

Can anyone who has one please tell me a few dimensions of it please?

Center of router hole to back of shoe (The hole the router fits in) - need this so I can make sure I allow room behind the router and z-axis plate.

The Width - need this so I can make sure the braces of the Z-Axis are far enough apart to fit the shoe.

Also need the thickness (minus brushes)
