    G540 Problems

My power flickered a few times and now I have no greens led's on the ports and pins diagnostics page. I thought maybe something happened to my motherboard so I changed it out and still nothing. I have tried it with both the original and special drivers. At first it would make my computer reboot every time the Mach screen started to load. I am past that now but still no control. Any ideas?

Is the G540 alive? If you turn off the charge pump and enable the E-Stop, do you get a green light on the Gecko?

You can check with a volt meter to see if the signal is getting onto the LPT port pins.

Are you sure your LPT port is set correctly for Mach?

I finally got it all working. Had to try another motherboard and reinstall Mach. Weird though, 2 bad motherboards....
