material removal / air blower help

I need to position my air-blower lines directly on the cnc-bit on my custom machine, and the goose-necks I am using wound w/ tube seem to be bending back or out of the way.

Can I please get some advice on how / what to use to position a rigid system to aim the air-blowers directly onto the bit for material removal?

I dont know what that grey-clickey ball/socket system is called; I see it on all the pro-machines.

I was thinking about using copper tube, but it seems like just as much work to get that idea to work right as it is to just find the grey-adjustible sprayers.
