Your going on a whole month. That may be a record. Hope he comes through for you soon but maybe a credit card dispute would get some results. Good luck man. My heart goes out to your plight.

Fwiw, I don't think Nate's ever not delivered what was purchased from him. At least as far as I know. He's not trying to rip anyone off, he's just apparently really slow.
And he's not helping himself get more business.

I wonder how long he has been waiting? I don't mind waiting a reply to my e mail or a phone call telling me he waiting for materials or has been sick or something would be nice. I e mailed him inquiring about his products and asked questions he was very prompt and very nice we e mailed back and forth a few times but once I ordered I have not heard one word from him. Today is his last day if I do not hear from him by tomorrow AM before the bank opens up I am going to tell them what is up and work on a refund. If it has to be taken further I will seek legal action and that is not a threat that is a promise.

Because I already bought the aluminum and steel rails locally, I think i'm going to keep the frame design from the FLA-100 but modify the design to use SBR-20 rails. I will use the steel rails as adapter plates for the SBR-20 rails.

EDIT: I opened a Paypal dispute this morning. Hopefully this brings some resolution to the issue or I at least get my money back

LouF, I opened a Paypal dispute this morning and heard from Nate shortly after by email. Apparently "There has been some issues bringing our production lines back up and it has taken longer than expected. We got the lines back up over the weekend and your kit is being processed right now."
If that is the case, perhaps your kit will be shipped soon as well or sooner than mine?
Since I just heard from him, perhaps you might consider holding out for a few days as well?
