    My EStop IN Action

I was cutting some wood switch plates today and had the camera on. This is why you want an easy access Emergency Stop Switch.

I added the music to cover the not so nice words I had to say....

Here is another that I happened to catch a little sooner before any damage. This one would have been worse as it would have taken out a couple clamps and bit.

Dont rely on the software stop. Do yourself a favor and get one of thos big honking switches and wire it up. Just make sure you put out in the open where its easy to get to.

I really don't like music playing over CNC videos. I have a hard time watching until the end, as the music almost always takes away a lot of the experience.

I do like the color, though.

I'm pretty sure I heard an "oh, s**t!" at 00:04
That has happened to me a couple of times, now I use thicker tabs and for small to medium holes I make a full depth pocket instead of just an internal profiling.

Was that a double sided job? (as the tabs seem to be on top).

Yes it was a double sided job. It was to be outlet cover. I put the tabs on the left and right edges. They break too easy so I moved them to the corners. Tabs work much better on endgrain or near to it.

Yep there were a few choice words spoken.
