    My building log (diy Cnc)

This is my first post on this forum, even if I started browsing around November 2010 and i sent a Pm to Gio666 in February 2011 for a first order.

I decided to go with a cnc in steel with ballscrews (2525), Thk bearings rails, stepper motors and other stuffs that i m getting from xzerocnc.

Im posting some picture of the base of my machine and ill post more as soon as I get my parts from George that I odered around the 3rd of June. Hopefully ill get them soon, since i m stuck until I get them.

In the pictures some of the cross that i ll put to be sure it stay square are not on yet. That s because I want to put the rails and the scews first and make them perfectly square and parallel. The cable that you see are what i used for the adjustements.

Of course im building it inside on a concrete floor. It s outside only for the pictures.

Sorry if my english migth be broken. Im a french canadian.

    Any comments are wellcome.

    Louis
