Does anyone want to help me out?

I need a few parts milled from aluminum. I tried last night and my CNC router is just not rigid enough.

I'm currently doing a new router with proper linear shafts and bearings. My linear bearings are not in pillow blocks, So I need to have some pillow blocks made for the bearings.

Is anyone with a much tighter machine than me interested in helping me out by machining out the bearing mounts for me.

below is a pic of what I'm after.

I need eight 40mmX40mm and four 50mmX50mm for a total of 12 bearing mounts milled from .5" thick aluminum. Of course I'll supply the material and will be willing to pay a reasonable fee. But I thought I'd post an RFQ here to try to leverage the group and make use of the other hobbyists. There are only a few machine shops around me and they really price themselves out and they are too busy with industrial work to really want to mess with me anyway.

Of course I'll provide a proper cad file for the parts to make it easy.

    Thanks,
    Nathan Noel
