    holy cow!

    I'm excited so i had to tell some one!!! I feel like a kid on Christmas. I received all my motors and drivers today.
    so far i have-
    1. 4-960 oz nema 34 steppers
    2. 4-gecko 203 drivers
    3. new vfd for my 2.2 horsepower perske spindle.

    and friday i recieved from keling

    4. power supply 50v 20 amp
    5. c-10 brake out board
    6. and finally a smooth stepper board.

    Looks like just a couple of orders more and i will have a machine. I have one order to place with 8020 and one with cncrouterparts.com.

    Yes sir it will be 5x10 and have a z axis of 10 inches. It will be plenty ridged to mill aluminum but I will mostly do foam, wood and acrilic (spelling?). Thankyou for all of your help fellow cnc'rs.

    Lol well yea I'm a power freak. I want to have too much power, I always find if it is to much power for most it's almost enough for me.

    overpowering will hurt your performance but sounds like a sweet machine, take some pictures of the assembly!

    I haven't seen your design, but 10' lengths of 8020 can have a bit of flex in them.
