Just thought I'd share probably the best work so far done:

Roughed with 5/8" straight flute, finished with 1/8" ball nose and 1/16" remachining... all carbide

it took about 5-6 hrs. very rewarding

used Rhino 3D and MadCAM and planar finishing.

edit: got the feedrates wrong and accidentally discovered my machine is capable of 160 IPM! pretty sweet. Still trying to find the optimal surface finish feed rates, doing 80 right now.

Cool sign, nice work. What are the letters behind the words? H T ?

Thanks. Yes the letters weren't designed that well, but H.T. stands for Health Trek. It was a recent promotion and this will be a birthday gift.

the next sign will probably be much larger.
