Well two questions 1. Can you use a Geko Drive on stepper motors or are they only for servo motors? 2. Are the bolt holes on the stepper motors all the same? If I predrill my gantry can I attach any motor to it or should I wait until I have the motors in hand? Thanks Todd |

| 1. There are different Geckos for steppers and servos. G201 and G210 for steppers, G320 and G340 for servos. 2. I'm pretty sure all steppers of the same size, should have the same mounting holes. Nema 23's should be the same as other 23's, 34's should be the same as other 34's...

| There are two types of Gecko drives one is for servos and the other ones are for steppers. 4 different models to choose from. Nema 23 and nema 34 motors usually share the same mount pattern. Hole spacing should be the same for all 23's and the same for all 34's BUT I have seen some that didn't exactly match up.

| Generally a NEMA 17 has a 1.7" spacing hole to hole, 23 2.3", etc.
