I'm looking for a good (performance and aesthetics) quick connection plugs for my CNC. I was looking at Ethernet CAT5 cables but read they're not recommended for driving the current needed for steppers/control board. But something along that line would be great, a slim connecting footprint like the CAT5 or USB-like plug preferred over large MIDI/microphone connectors/plugs. I searched at older post but couldn't find anything. Thanks! |

| Look at AMP CPC style, these resemble the Military style MS connectors but are much cheaper, they have a plastic case rather than metallic like the MS counterpart. In Canada they are available from Electrosonic or DigiKey. Al.
