V bearing model

I have been trying to design a DIy CNC and working with sketchup to do it. Im having a bear of time trying to draw a decent V-bearing. Has anyone done this or know where I can download a sketchup model of a V-bearing? Mine look like something a 3rd grader drew!!

Have you looked at http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/
I did a search but found no v groove but lots of other bearing models that would be easy to convert to v groove.

As long as it is to scale why bother about the looks? But you want to use the follow me tool if you haven't already.

Sketchups biggest downfall is curves though. I still love the program and use it religiously. If you want to give me the specs or a link to the bearings you plan on useing, I'll give it a go. I should be able to give you something you shouldn't be embarrassed by

Here is one that I drew in TurboCad 16 but save it as AutoCad 2004 Dxf. I don't think the materials and rending will save so you will have to do them in your cad.

Its .375 (3/8) ID base on Dim form vxb.com

I went ahead and converted it to a .SKP file and resized it cole to spec. For some reason sketchup had the inner diameter at over 4 inches

Crap... Looks like cnc zone dropped support for .SKP files. That sux. ahh well.

Imported into Sketchup as a .3ds file. I drew some lines to locate the center for you.
