Help me please. Packaging Machine

Hi all,

I am going to build a Packaging Machine to produce Alcohol Swabs. There are many web sites selling it such as the attached files.

But I could not find the information I need. Can you help me find any engineering groups, forums or other web sites contain related and usefull technical information, standards, plans and so on ?

Any help would be appreciated.
