What CNC machine do I need for Aluminum sheets up to 0.09"??

Guys,

I have been working at designing aerial photography RC helicopters. I have been thinking about purchasing a CNC machine, for making my parts, as I can have more control over my design, they are all 2D parts. But I am not certain how complicated and how many more machines that I will need to finish my parts. The frame parts are no Thicker than 0.09" think sheets of 6061, 7075 aluminum and carbon fiber. I will aslo need this machine to be able to cut sheets at a minimum of 12"x14" with a tolerance of 0.01"(ideally).

If it's possible such machine can also cut 1/4" inter joining parts make of 1/4" 6061 aluminum would be ideal, but not a must.

Is there such a machine will fit my requirement and at a reasonable price? Or any DIY kits out there with such specs?

Here is a photo of parts that I am trying to make, will fit perfectly on 12" x 24" sheet aluminum.

I would think many of the better built all metal router tables would work for you. I can cut Aluminum and hold around .005" for a smaller part with my all metal 16" x 30" DIY router table.

You could pick up a used one for around $1500 no problem, perhaps a lot less.

Do you want to DIY or buy a pre made unit?
