I got an ad in the mail today from Woodcraft with Porter Cable 7518 routers for $300 and a $50 rebate making it $250.00. That's a really good price if anyone's looking for a big router.

Hey Ger, when I got mine the rebate had a restriction that you had to spend >$285 in Porter Cable products, not including any accessories. Maybe it changed by now.

Wouldn't buying a $300 router count as the >$285 in P-C products? Then you get your $50 rebate 6-8 weeks later so the router was $250.

Yes, sorry, misread the posting. When I purchased mine it was going for $285 but I ended paying $300 to get the rebate.
