Ive been at this about 3 weeks and no go yet. Im having a lot of problems with the c11g acting properly. I know each setup is different. Im trying to work with Arturo to get things working but id rather have a simpler alternative. When I used to do animatronics, You hook up PS/Motor/Mechanics and run software. Thats what it took. (some knowledge also /grin) My System : Geckos work/PC works?ports work/PS works /Motors new (keling) C11g whacks out, so I want to try different software and/or a different reliable BOB. Is there any other windows based controller software out there? and which BOB works well with the Geckos? |

| Other Windows software will require additional hardware http://www.usbcnc.com/ http://www.wincnc.net/ http://www.flashcutcnc.com/index.php The Campbell and PMDX boards are both supposed to be pretty good.

| I just put together a system using a C10 board and had trouble with it. Arturo was very responsive but in the end I tracked it down to a bad parallel port on my computer. I switched to a different machine and the problem was solved. The software I used to diagnose the parallel port can be found here for free:[URL="http://geekhideout.com/parmon.shtml"]. Good luck! |
