whats a reliable BOB to use with Geckos

Ive been at this about 3 weeks and no go yet.
Im having a lot of problems with the c11g acting properly. I know each setup is different. Im trying to work with Arturo to get things working but id rather have a simpler alternative. When I used to do animatronics, You hook up PS/Motor/Mechanics and run software. Thats what it took. (some knowledge also /grin)
My System :
Geckos work/PC works?ports work/PS works /Motors new (keling) C11g whacks out, so I want to try different software and/or a different reliable BOB. Is there any other windows based controller software out there? and which BOB works well with the Geckos?

What is the problem you're having with the C11G? Just curious...

I just put together a system using a C10 board and had trouble with it. Arturo was very responsive but in the end I tracked it down to a bad parallel port on my computer. I switched to a different machine and the problem was solved. The software I used to diagnose the parallel port can be found here for free:[URL="http://geekhideout.com/parmon.shtml"]. Good luck!
