New Machine Build- Anyone who wants to build a machine (or can recommend something), LQQK!

Hello everyone!

Due to practical and not necessarily economical reasons, having my own rig seems the logical way to go. This machine's sole purpose in life will be to cut the plastic parts I described in this thread and, except for minor changes, not much else.

If anyone here would like to either contract build something suitable or recommend an existing turnkey solution, I'd like to hear from you!

By the way, I didn't make a final decision following the aforementioned thread and I'll make this last ditch effort to find someone local: if you're in the Chicago, IL area, you'd have a HUGE advantage so check it out!

Here is a $1200 suggestion that will take about a 2-week delivery. I think with a good spindle it would do ok on your plastic parts. I make no guarantees, you were lacking in detail about the precision you desire.
