4 axis stepper board HELP! | | hi people , im new and pretty much a noob, i also dont know if this is the right place to put this thread because of the overwelming amount of sub forums. but ill give it a try.
i bought a stepper board 4 axis of ebay, people have seen these around i guess. it usses the toschiba TA8435H chip
i installed it and configured it like it says in de manual. , but the strange thing is , i only get power at the 4th axis the spare one, when i connect my motor to one of the others there is no current drawn. the 4th axis i can even control using mach3. the other 3 just wont do anything.
when i dont have the parallel port connected the 4th axis draws current the others wont.
when i jog around in mag 3 the little leds on the board do light up for the X Y and Z axis but wont do anything else, the 4th led wont light up but there the mortor does actually what it supposed to do.
anybody has a clue? or maybe sees a stupid mistake in this manual. could there be something wrong with the board of all 3 axis ?
i dont know what the manual means with the
