Hi all What are you guys using for base materials? I am looking for something like blue foam or polystyrene as a base to router. However, most of it will be removed due to the profile generating mostly waste as the components will be around 1200x1000x500mm high. The 'layer cake' approach with foam sheets would help but at expense of time to cut an place the form. So how is the best way to dispose of or recycle the foam? |
