Just completed my first paid job for my machine. In the photo it shows one of the bulkhead panels cut in 6mm marine plywood. I used a 3/8 downcut spiral bit and used bridges to hold the pieces during cutting. It took around 8 minutes to cut the sheet. I am looking at fitting a vacuum system to make it easier to hold the material and eliminate the need for bridges. cheers Frans Capeboatworks |
