smooth stepper error

hello has anyone experanced this problem
using ss brd with c24 bob from cncfor pc with mach3

with latest driver for smooth stepper SS beta 2 v.015 ogb, & FTDI d2xx 2.04.05 when the gcode is load and running... It all ways occurs within a few sec or min of starting the code, ie runing out data in middle of move ...
the pc run windows xp with just mach3 no other application expect key graber runing for gamepad joystick & controls. Pc is always left alone
not to interrupt mach3 during operation.

the controller freq is set to 1k

The message tells you to lower the frequency. Did you try that?

yes i did, stepper run much slower and sound terriable....
