| I would recommend extending the two box tubes under the X axis rails out to the end of the rails. The cost is negligible and it doesn't leave the rails dangling unsupported. I would also recommend moving the leg assembly out to the end of the rails. CarveOne

| Using just one bolt per side on your gantry will probably result in your gantry dipping back and forward. You could solve this by adding a cross beam underneath. With the drive screws, shouldn't you use 2 nuts to help fight backlash? The they are now I only think they could drive an axis in one direction. I really digging on how you have your cutting tool mounted. |
