OK I have decided to go with a CNC controlled dremmel. I have seen the MDF designs and that seems like a pain. I work at a hardware store and have seen some interesting things. How would a frame out of angle iron work? We have these bolt rods that are 3/8's and nuts that are 3 inches long that fit on them. I tested them and theres mayb only .002ths of play. Woudl that work for my lead screws? I prefer metal over wood or MDF. |
