I have a router which I use mostly for decorative items like signs etc. I have set my stepper drivers for 8 microsteps. Will that affect the torque of the motors negative? I cant jog them very fast before they get jerky. I´m running unipolar stepper motors on bipolar drivers. Will it be better to buy bipolar stepper motors in order to get better torque? |
