| DanOSB: The spindle is a DC brushless motor. It runs at 180Volts DC, 9amps (2HP). Depending on the amplifier you use, you can run out of 3ph or 1ph. We use Advanced motion controlled amplifiers (Model B25A20ACR) in most our machines. It runs direct from the 110V outlet (no isolation transformer needed). However, you can obtain the spindle without amplifier with or without tool change and use your own amplifier. ![]() Hope that answers your question. Levil Technology Ruben Leon, President |
