I'm seeking for an advice on the measuring CNC machine performance. I mean, I did some tests like moving axes here and there 50-100 times and checking that they return to the same point. However, I feel that this may be not enough. What are standart procedures for measuring machine performance? Should it cut some parts that must be checked if everything is correct? Insights are welcome. |
