Need Help I am new and need a cnc machine

I am new to cnc and have a tight budget, I need a cnc machine to cut sintra. Sintra is basically expanded pvc in 1/4" to 1/2" in thickness . I would like to set up in my garage so space is not an issue. I just dont know where to start. I am familiar with autocad. Now I am going to be cutting just plain old circles and some have a secondary circle inside, I am not going to be doing 3d modeling just 2d. Any help would be appreciated.

How big are the parts?

The parts range from around 2" diameter up to around 11.41" in diameter. These are for high power model rockets. The material is super easyto cut.

ok yeah that looks like a good one do you know of how much it would cost to build one?

I have cut Sintra on a router built from thoes plans. Sintra cuts like butter with a router. It sould cost you around $400 to get one of these going. You can see my builders log here: CNC Darren's worklog

now remember I am knew to all this. What about hard ware? what do I need. Could I use my computer in my house and go wireless or something or does it need several connections?
