Need Help!- Overall design

Hello everyone,

I am planning to build a basic CNC router and finalized a concept and selected most of the components as listed below. Could anyone please alert me if I am committing any blunder proceeding with this design?

Bed partially supported with gantry under carriage. X ball screw run through the center under the bed.

PMI rolled ball screws with single ball nut for all three axes.
X - 20mm (0.79") dia, 10mm (0.39") lead and 1500mm (59") length,
Y - 20mm (0.79") dia, 10mm (0.39") lead and 1000mm (39") length,
Z - 16mm (0.63") dia, 5mm (0.2") lead and 250mm (9.8") length.

Two AMT linear guideways each for all three axes; each rail with two carriages.

Rail size (Width)
X - 23mm (0.9")
Y - 20mm (0.79")
Z - 15mm (0.59")

45 kgcm (632 oz in) stepper motors (DPM make) for X, Y and Z axes.

Mach3 controller.

2 to 5 HP router motor.

This is my first project of its kind and I badly need guidance from some experienced guys.
