Newbie- Lack of Vacuum

I use 8x4 10x5 feet sheet material, the 8x4 vacuums beautifully but i have trouble getting the 10x5 to stay down and the machine is constanty stopping halfway through programs. Im using interior grade mdf as a slave bed, ranging from 12mm to 8mm thick.
Is there any hints or tips that anyone could give to get the vacuum numbers up?

What is the thickness of the material that you are machining? I have no problem with 3/4 (19mm) but 3/8 (~10mm) keeps lifting off the table. A downcut or compression bit shoudl solve my problem.

im packing both the compression and the down's, on the 10x5 im using 4 and 6mm ply which understandably im going to have problems vacuuming purely because of the "waveyness" of it. However i also use 15mm high grade 11 layerd ply, so its big and heavy so cant understand why im losing vacuum on it. Im convinced theres a leak somewhere
