I am new to cnc but have a machine and am doing some testing, engraving on wood. I am using corel draw to export PLT files. The fonts that I use come out double lined rather than with jsut the inside engraved, which is what I want. I have heard that this is a problem with corel draw. Does anyone know about this? Thanks, Rick |

| It's not Corel Draw, it's a True Type font issue. Just about all programs that convert True Type fonts to vectors has this problem. Other than buying expensive sign software, the only way to do what you want is to use DeskEngrave. But, it only has ONE single line font. It's free, though. http://deskam.com/deskengrave.html
