I was wondering i anyone on here can help me out with some questions, for the past3 months i have been building a 3 axis gantry router with a 4x4 work area I have used 25mm linear rails on x and y axises, the problem that I have run into is that I have dialed in the first set and they are out still .010 from being parallel over a 5 foot distance, which is compounded by having to shim a floating semi fixed work area which it seems that what ever i do still has a cup in the center of the work area of about .035. could someone give me some advice Jlittle |

| Can you bolt one side down, and then let the gantry dictate the spacing between the two. Tighten it down as you move the gantry along the rail?
