What kind of clamps should I use?

Hello, I recently bought a Zenbot CNC router, I was wondering what are nice clamps I can use to hold down while cutting? I tried double sided tape, but that did not really grip on as well as I wanted.

There are threaded screw holes on the base that I can use, but I was wondering where/what kind of clamps are good, and a link to where I can buy (cant find them online).

if it helps I am using this to cut, PVC plastic/high density foam and plexiglass.

cut studs tofit the table and use plywood rectangles with a hole or slot.
by using the ply, when your bit hits the clamp it cuts the clamp instead of ruining the bit.

I cut mine out of hardwood. Same idea though. If the machine hits a clamp, all I may lose is a clamp.
I also use deck screws and screw the work to the table sometimes. My table is just MDF. In some areas I have glued a strip of hardwood to the bottom of the table to help hold the screws.

If the DROs are displaying the correct numbers it pretty much means Mach3 is working properly. I would suggest starting a new thread lokey and describe your issue as clearly as possible (pictures are great).

It might be backlash compensation. When you start a new thread be sure to mention what/if you've done to measure backlash and whether you set up Mach3 yourself or downloaded a configuration file.

Hi All,

I'm new here and wanted to see if anyone had any pics of what this looks like and potentially further building instructions. I'm just getting into CNC so please forgive my ignorance.

Cheers
JB
